Book Week Scotland 2022
About Book Week Scotland
Book Week Scotland, now in its eleventh year, is an annual celebration of books and reading that takes place across the country. Book Week Scotland 2022 will take place between 14–20 November.
Glasgow Life Libraries are proud to be taking part in Book Week Scotland and we have put together an exciting programme of events for all ages. Browse our full programme or see below for more details.
This Year's Theme
The theme of Book Week Scotland 2022 is Scotland’s Stories.
Every year, Scottish Book Trust produces a free book, made up of true stories from people all over Scotland. These personal stories highlight the rich and varied tradition of storytelling in Scotland. The book is distributed all over the country and you can pick up a copy in your local library.
