The Cedric Thorpe Davie Collection
The Cedric Thorpe Davie Collection contains around 3000 items of sheet music from the Victorian and Edwardian eras.
The Dunedin Collection
The Dunedin Association “for the promotion and development of Scottish music” was established in Edinburgh in 1911, lapsed in 1917 until 1939 when the innovative modernist composer Dr Erik Chisholm became its new President. By the 1940s the Association was more active in Glasgow than Edinburgh. The Dunedin Collection consists of 17 boxes and contains sheet music and vocal scores with a Scottish interest or connection, mainly by Scottish composers, including Donald Tovey and Alexander Campbell MacKenzie.
The Godfrey Harding Collection
The Godfrey Harding Collection is a collection of materials used by Harding in his research for an intended book about English opera from 1885 - 1939.
The Joe Irvine Collection
The Joe Irvine Collection consists of musical scores of songs and piano music from Victorian and Edwardian era, as well as dance band arrangements of the 1920s, 30s and 40s.
The Frank Kidson Collection
The Frank Kidson Collection is a large collection of folk and Early English sheet music from the 16th to the 19th century.
The Moody-Manners Collection
The Moody-Manners Collection is a collection of about 3000 books, manuscripts and music scores from the Moody-Manners Opera Company.
The Heloise Russell-Fergusson Collection
The Heloise Russell-Fergusson Collection is a collection of music recordings and manuscripts, research notes, and photographs of harps and musicians. Includes Gaelic songs.
The STV Sheet Music Collection
The STV Sheet Music Collection is a collection of sheet music and song albums from the 50s, 60s and 70s, used in STV productions.
